The ACTIVE FIVE is a compact, ergonomic high-speed machining center featuring a fixed portal and moving table design, equipped with a continuous two-axis milling head. Structural optimization using Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis delivers exceptional rigidity and virtually eliminates vibrations during milling. Combined with low friction and high axis acceleration, the machine provides superior dynamic performance in both finishing and roughing operations, maximizing overall cycle efficiency and cost savings.
